Actor Sivakarthikeyan shared an endearing video wishing his wife Aarthy a happy birthday, surprising her as Major Mukund, his character from the recent film Amaran. Her sweetest reaction and the actor’s gesture did not go unnoticed by his fans The internet reacted warmly, expressing their love for the unique way of wishing birthday.

In the video, Sivakarthikeyan appears in an army uniform with a clean-shaven look, quietly standing behind Aarthy in the kitchen until she notices him. Released on October 31, the film quickly became Sivakarthikeyan’s highest-grossing movie, surpassing Rs 250 crore worldwide at the box office. The film is based on India's Most Fearless: True Stories of Modern Military Heroes by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh. According to Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 172 crore from India in its first 15 days. On November 14, it had a 25.73 per cent occupancy rate in Tamil, with morning shows at 18.80 per cent, afternoon shows at 24.15 per cent, evening shows at 29.45 per cent, and night shows at 30.15 per cent.
