Harshvardhan Rane and Silaa’s director on the film

Harshvardhan Rane, in a conversation with Deadline, revealed that being a part of Silaa has been ‘one of the most challenging and exciting journeys’ for him as an actor.

Speaking about his character Virat, Harshvardhan Rane shared that Virat is driven by love, but circumstances force him into survival, where staying alive and finding the person he loves both become non-negotiable. ‘There is so much more to Virat than what meets the eye,’ he asserted.

As per Silaa’s director, Omung Kumar, Silaa is a rollercoaster ride where action, suspense, and romance blends together unexpectedly. ‘At its heart, the film is about love and the lengths a person can go to when everything they believe in is put to the test,’ he noted, adding that emotions were integral to the story.

Silaa is scheduled to release in the theatres on February 5, 2027.
