The actress, who has been keeping a brave face in the midst of the controversy, shared the thoughtful message with her fans on Instagram Story.
"Suffering isn't ennobling, recovery is," Shetty shared the quote by Christiaan Barnard. The actress posted a picture of the book she is currently reading, which says, "Difficult times don't make us better, working through difficult times does," adding, "Suffering can force us to draw on strengths we never knew we had. Discovering these hidden strengths can then help us cope should difficult times come again."
A Mumbai court on Monday granted bail to businessman Raj Kundra in a pornography films case after spending two months in jail. The NRI businessman, who was arrested on July 19, was granted bail on a surety of Rs 50,000.
"I hate bad times as much as anyone does, but I know I'm strong enough to get through them and recover from them," the quote in the picture shared by the actress further said.

Meanwhile, on the work front, after taking a brief hiatus following her husband's arrest, Shilpa is once again busy judging the dance reality show 'Super Dancer 4', alongside Geeta Kapur and Anurag Basu. On the film front, Shetty was recently seen in Priyadarshan's 'Hungama 2'.
