Shilpa Shetty Kundra, sister Shamita, and mother Sunanda summoned by Andheri court over non-repayment of Rs 21 lakh loan
Shilpa's late father allegedly took the loan in 2015.

The actress, her sister, and mother were summoned by the court after a businessman filed a complaint against them over a non-repayment of Rs 21 lakh. The court has ordered the three to appear before it on February 28.
The businessman, an automobile agency owner, reportedly filed the complaint against the trio for cheating him.
The complainant claimed that Shilpa's late father, Surendra Shetty, had borrowed Rs 21 lakh from him.

— ANI (@ANI) 1644692166000According to reports, a cheque was issued in favour of Surendra’s company. The agency owner claimed that Surendra had kept his wife and daughters in the loop. However, Surendra passed away on October 11, 2016.
