He explains, "However, when it comes to the health of the body in particular, I find swimming to be the best workout. While swimming helps in maintaining a healthy heart rate, it further results in weaning off stress. Swimming also helps me in building endurance, cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength, and in addition to it, there’s added benefit with regard to maintaining a healthy weight, toning muscles or building strength."
Fitness
While many people strive to gain only physical wellness, a proper fitness regimen must focus adequately on both physical as well as mental wellbeing feels Raghav.
"I make sure I devote ample time meditating or reading spiritual books. Usually my mornings start with meditation and swimming is something I take up mostly in evenings," he says.
Diet
No matter what fitness regimen you follow, if it is not coupled with the right diet there are little chances of getting the desired outcomes feels Raghav.
Mental
Raghav ensures that no matter how busy his schedule is, he devotes adequate time every morning in acts of meditation.
"The meditation helps me in reducing my stress levels and anxiety, in fact it provides me with fresh perspective to handle stressful situations, increasing self awareness and minimizing negative thoughts. Besides, the spiritual books that I read also help a great deal in keeping my mind in order," he says.
Soul
The combination of swimming, meditating and reading spiritual books helps Raghav keep his body as well as soul healthy.
