Shailesh Lakhani & Alok Goel engage with students at IIT Bombay entrepreneurship summit

IIT Bombay's annual entrepreneurship summit, that concluded recently, works well for all present. Students in attendance learn a thing or two, startup founders revel in their rockstar status and investors get a chance to hear ideas on the sidelines and possibly discover the next unicorn.

For some speakers though, it is a chance to engage with those of their own fraternity in a non-competitive way. Like Shailesh Lakhani, principal, Sequoia Capital and Alok Goel, partner, SAIF Partners. The duo slipped away from the crowds on the summit's concluding day for some quiet conversation. They were spotted at what the IITians refer to as the "coffee shack,” chatting away over cups, kicking back Sunday style.
