A recent high-value property transaction in Bandra has brought one such name into focus. Known for managing one of Bollywood’s biggest stars, she has now made headlines for a major investment that reflects both influence and financial confidence in the city’s premium property market.

Pooja Dadlani, the long-time manager of Shah Rukh Khan, along with her husband Hitesh Prakash Gurnani and father Mohan Seoram Dadlani, has invested in three apartments in Mumbai’s Bandra area. The total transaction value stands at Rs 38.21 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

High-value deal in Carter Road project

The apartments are part of a redevelopment project located on Carter Road, one of Bandra’s most sought-after stretches. The building, named Varun, is being developed by Tryksha Real Estate Private Limited, an arm of Lotus Developers.


Each apartment has been purchased individually by family members, with one unit registered in Pooja Dadlani's name, one in her husband's, and one in her father's. All three apartments are situated on higher floors, adding to their premium appeal.

Each unit offers a carpet area of 1,511.15 sq ft, plus an additional balcony area of 81.16 sq ft. Combined, the three apartments span a total of 4,776 sq ft. The deal also includes six parking spaces, a significant addition in a locality where parking is a luxury.

Registration details and project timeline

The transactions were officially registered on April 21, 2026. The buyers paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.16 crore along with a registration fee of Rs 90,000. The project itself is currently under construction, with possession expected by December 2028. According to CRE Matrix, the development follows a redevelopment model, with the builder having acquired development rights from the Varun Co-operative Housing Society Limited.
