The 2025 IIFA Awards in Jaipur turned into a grand spectacle of nostalgia as Bollywood’s King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and the evergreen Madhuri Dixit set the stage ablaze with their electrifying performance. The night also saw Kareena Kapoor Khan paying a heartfelt tribute to her legendary grandfather, Raj Kapoor, celebrating the golden era of Bollywood.

SRK and Madhuri’s Nostalgic Reunion

Fans were in for a treat as Shah Rukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit transported them back to the 1997 classic ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’. The duo, who played Rahul and Pooja in the iconic film, effortlessly rekindled their on-screen chemistry with a mesmerizing performance. They began with the beloved track ‘Koi Ladki Hai’, bringing back memories of the film’s timeless charm. Madhuri, looking stunning in a black net saree, swayed gracefully, while SRK, dressed in a shimmering gold sequin shirt, added his signature charm to the performance.



The highlight of the night was when they danced to the energetic ‘Chak Dhoom Dhoom’, effortlessly recreating the magic that made the film a Bollywood classic. Kareena Kapoor’s Tribute to Raj Kapoor

Instead of revisiting her own hit songs, Kareena Kapoor Khan chose to honor her family legacy by paying tribute to her grandfather, Raj Kapoor. She captivated the audience with her performance on ‘Mera Joota Hai Japani’ from ‘Shree 420’, channeling the legendary actor’s signature style. Dressed in a black outfit with a grey jacket and fedora hat, she flawlessly recreated Raj Kapoor’s timeless look, even carrying a potli, just like in the original song.


Kareena then performed on ‘Pyar Hua Ikrar Hua’ from ‘Shree 420’, paying tribute to the iconic Nargis. She exuded elegance in a classic black-and-white saree, gracefully embodying the charm of Bollywood’s golden era. Her set concluded with a dance to ‘Jhoot Bole Kauva Kate’ from ‘Bobby’, a film directed by Raj Kapoor that starred his son, the late Rishi Kapoor, alongside Dimple Kapadia.

Madhuri’s Electrifying Performance

Apart from her reunion with SRK, Madhuri Dixit took the stage solo and enthralled fans with her sensational performance on ‘Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai’ from ‘Khal Nayak’.
