National Recognition Ceremony and Jury Presentation
The winners were formally announced by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. The jury submitted the list of recipients to Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw in the presence of Minister of State Dr. L Murugan and I&B Secretary Sanjay Jaju.
