ESPN

ESPN's new app replaces ScoreCenter to be your go-to hub for scores and sports news. The new design makes it easy to follow your favourite teams and the widget allows you to quickly jump into live audio broadcasts.

Nothing in my life gets done without it first being an item on my to-do list, and I only ever trust Wunderlist to help keep track of my tasks.

I primarily use the desktop app to create separate lists for everything from grocery shopping to my photo shoot plans to travel itineraries, and add reminders, additional notes and files to each item.

Later, when I'm out and about, the mobile app alerts me about upcoming tasks so I can get them out of my way and cross them off my list as I go.

On the desktop, Evernote is an efficient writing tool that keeps all your ideas close at hand. When you're researching a topic, the handy Web Clipper extension, for a range of browsers, lets you quickly save entire formatted web pages, articles, images, and even screenshots that you can annotate with diagrams and text. Everything you clip is instantly synced to your account so you can find it all later. Plus, you can easily search for any content you've created or saved, including text within images and PDFs.

And if that isn't enough, Evernote's powerful mobile app is great for capturing photos, scanning documents, post-it notes and business cards with your smartphone camera. I use Evernote to research story ideas, save web pages to read later, and of course write all my articles. Since Evernote automatically saves my work, I can easily switch from one device to another and continue working seamlessly. If you've been looking for a way to get your ideas in order, look no further than Evernote.
