Seven most unhealthy fast-food items that you should avoid
Now that New Year's has arrived, many people will want to stick to their resolutions, such as losing weight or eating healthy. But while some fast-food items are healthy, it's very easy to go wrong with fast food and have a few meals undermine your resolutions.

We looked at nutritional data from restaurant chains to find the worst of the worst. Over time, some nutritional data may change slightly - but these items are still high in calories.

Find out which items have the most calories, fat, saturated fat, sodium, and cholesterol.

Calories: 1,080 Fat: 50 g Saturated Fat: 20 g Sodium: 960 mg Cholesterol: 25 mg

No one expects a cinnabon to be healthy, but this dessert for one has way too many grams of fat and calories.

-McDonald's Big Breakfast Platter

Calories: 1,090 Fat: 56 g Saturated Fat: 19 g Sodium: 2,150 mg Cholesterol: 575 mg
