Second-time mummy: HCL CEO Roshni Nadar in the family way
HCL founder Shiv Nadar's daughter is expecting her second child. The mother of one is not taking a break from work.

The new year is set to bring joy to HCL founder Shiv Nadar's household. Nadar and wife Kiran will be grandparents for the second time.
The couple's only daughter and the CEO of HCL Corp, Roshni, is expected to deliver early this year. Roshni married Shikhar Malhotra in 2010. Their firstborn, Armaan, is over three years old.
Roshni was named CEO of HCL Corp in 2009, a year after joining the company at 28. In 2013, just a few months after delivering her son, she plunged headlong into work as rumours of her taking over from her father as the chairman did the rounds. Even the second time around, there is no pregnant pause, with Roshni staying active in the boardroom.
