Sarah Todd plans to open a restaurant in Goa
Remember Australian model Sarah Todd, who won the hearts of viewers on MasterChef Australia last year with her aloo gobhi? Todd is set to take her love for India to the next level by opening a restaurant in Goa. Since she loves working with desi spices and cuisines, crafting a menu for Indian taste buds will not be alien to her.

The restaurant in Goa will be in partnership with Ashish Kapur of Moods Hospitality, founder of Dimsum Bros, The Wine Company and Yo! China. The menu, we hear, will draw inspiration from modern Australian cuisine, with a hint of Asian influence. What's more, Todd will be hosting a masterclass on September 2, at a Fashion Night Out at the Palladium, Mumbai, where she will show shoppers how to whip quick delectable delights, between 6:30-7:30 pm.

What to expect? Salads comprising spiced cauliflower and chickpea with labneh, roasted hazelnuts and baby spinach; snapper ceviche with lemon juice, charred corn, chili oil, cucumber and cherry tomatoes served with corn chips. Todd will show you how to finish up a sweet note with smashed pavlova served with lemon and mandarin curd, Chantilly cream and fresh basil.
