Sanjay Shah, the man who bought Trump Tower in Chicago, donates $5 mn to Lehigh University
For Sanjay Shah, who made headlines for buying the Trump Tower penthouse in a record deal in Chicago in 2014, life has come a full circle.

A few weeks ago, the Indian-American CEO of Vistex donated $5 million to his alma mater, Lehigh University, in Pennsylvania, from where he completed his MBA 25 years ago. It is said to be one of the largest donation the university has received to date. The endowment is meant for a new executive learning and research institute at the varsity.

While making the donation, Shah touched upon the recent wave of anti-immigration in the US and said that he is an "Indian at heart, American in the head and an internationalist at work". Now that is a fitting description.
