Samsung's Signature House is THE place to go for holiday tech

The hottest place to shop this holiday season isn't online or even in a chic brick-and-mortar store. It's a by-invite-only penthouse on 5th Avenue that has been transformed into the Samsung Signature House for the holiday season.

This pop-up showroom brings new meaning to limited edition: shoppers are able to peruse and purchase items with the assistance of a private brand concierge after viewing them in the ultimate hands-on environment — a luxury private home.

Products inside the home include the brand's Chef Collection, inspired by celebrity chefs like Daniel Boulud, the state-of-the-art Samsung UHD 4k Curved Smart TVs and fun techy extras like the Samsung Electronics LED Lighting and the SHAPE Wireless Audio System.



Not in the mood for a new TV, or just want something a bit more lavish? The penthouse housing the month-long affair is a dream home in and of itself, for sale to the tune of $30 million (Rs 185 crore).

The 5,900-square-foot penthouse features 19-foot ceilings, a massive (nearly 2,000-square-foot) private terrace with outdoor kitchen, fireplace and chef's kitchen.
