Samantha Ruth Prabhu finds a 'bit of heaven' in Goa, explores exotic forests and hilly stream with her girl gang

Indian actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is doing year-end absolutely right, while giving us some major FOMO (fever of missing out) by sharing glimpses from her getaway trips. But she absolutely deserves this much-needed break.

After vacaying in Maldives and Rishikesh earlier this year, Samantha is now in Goa to most likely ring in the new year.

The actress has been sharing all the details from her trip to the beaches with colourful pictures and videos on Instagram and keeping her fans on the toes.


After making headlines for her special song in film 'Pushpa' and her performance in second season of 'The Family Man 2', the 34-year-old actress is currently enjoying the Goan life with her girl gang, model-lawyer Vasuki Sunkavalli and fashion designer- entrepreneur Shilpa Reddy.

Her trip to Goa looks nothing less than a magical escape from the reality.

While sharing pictures and videos of her time in Goa, the actress wrote "A little bit of heaven," in her Instagram Stories.

The actress also wore her hiking shoes and stepped out for a trek in the mountains of Goa where Samantha along with her friends discovered a beautiful hilly stream.

The three then posed for a picture in their swimsuits, all smiles for the camera.

Earlier, the actress had shared a picture from her intimate Christmas celebration with her girls. In the picture, Samantha was seen posting in from of a decked up Christmas tree in a black bodycon dress.

The actress has been making headlines for her travel destination since her separation with husband Naga Chaitanya, who is also an actor. The couple announced their split a few months ago.

Since then, Samantha has been on the receiving end as part of the Internet kept trolling and blaming her for the divorce. While the 'Majili' actress maintained her silence on the matter, during her interview with Filmfare, earlier this month, she opened about the mental health toll the separation caused her.

"I thought I was a much weaker person. I thought that with my separation, I would crumble and die. I didn't think I was capable of being this strong...Today I'm very very proud of how strong I'm because I really didn't know I was," she had said during the interview.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Samantha will appear in Gunasekhar's directorial 'Shaakunthalam', while she has a couple of multilingual movies also in her kitty. She also has a Hollywood movie titled 'The Arrangements Of Love' on her list of upcoming projects.
