Khan's fitness trainer recently revealed his diet
Salman Khan’s trainer Rakkesh R Uddiyar recently opened up on his diet and fitness regimen. In a chat with Hindustan Times, the trainer, whose clientele also includes RRR star Ram Charan revealed Khan’s diet which keeps him fit at 60.

He revealed that the Dabangg star had never changed his diet since his Maine Pyaar Kiya days. “Salman is maintaining whatever he's been doing since Maine Pyar Kiya (1989) he's doing the same, the training pattern and he’s eating the same…” he told HT.

He also added that Salman Khan is not someone who skips meal or does crash diets but also works out hard to burn out calories.

“Salman sir eats food, but he burns it also. He eats everything. But when he trains, he trains intensely..” he explained.

In a chat with Variety India, Uddiyar revealed that although the ‘Bajrani Bhaijaan’ star is a foodie, he prefers home cooked food. Specifically, he loves food prepared by his mother, Salma Khan. Whether he is touring or on sets, his love for food made by his mother remains consistent.

“He only eats home food, cooked by his mother. No matter what food you bring him, he would say, ‘Ghar ka khana do. Mummy ne jo banaya wahi khana lagao. Wahi khaunga (Give me home-cooked food. I will eat what my mother has prepared).” he said.
