In a chat, Sadhguru explained to Samantha how her life can be more meaningful and fantastic
During an interaction with Samantha Ruth Prabhu, spiritual teacher Sadhguru reflected on the nature of life and human perception. He explained that expecting fairness from the world is unrealistic because life does not operate on such guarantees. Instead, he emphasized that a deeper, more authentic experience of existence comes from turning inward. According to him, when a person moves beyond the surface level of thoughts and emotions and truly connects with the essence of being alive, they begin to perceive life in an entirely different light. In that state, life no longer feels unjust; rather, it appears vibrant, abundant, and deeply fulfilling.

"The world is not fair, it will not be fair, but if if you dig deep into yourself and have a taste of life, not the taste of your thought and emotion – the taste of life that you are, then you will see, life is not just fair, it's just fantastic!." he explained.

Responding to this perspective, Samantha shared her observations about encountering not just materialistic pride but also a subtler form of arrogance in spiritual spaces. She pointed out how ego can manifest even in individuals who claim to be spiritually aware. Addressing this, Sadhguru elaborated on the complexity of human nature. He noted that every individual embodies a range of qualities that shift depending on the moment. At times, a person can be kind, graceful, and inspiring, while in other instances, they may display unpleasant or harsh behavior.

He clarified that acknowledging this duality is essential. Instead of attributing negative actions to an abstract concept like ego, he encouraged taking direct responsibility. Labeling undesirable behavior as something separate allows people to avoid confronting their own tendencies. However, when one accepts that both admirable and disagreeable traits are part of their own personality, it creates a greater sense of awareness.

Sadhguru suggested that this honest recognition naturally reduces negative tendencies over time. By owning every aspect of oneself rather than assigning blame to an external force, individuals can grow more conscious and balanced. He concluded that much of what people describe as spiritual understanding is often just empty terminology, lacking genuine inner transformation or true self-realization.
