RR Global Director calls her home-office the most-comfortable spot, says she's set up an Apple screen

Kirti Kabra, Director, RR Global, can’t wait to pack her bags and explore the hidden gems of the country once restrictions ease.

Travel junkie
I love exploring new places. Prior to the pandemic I used to travel frequently for adventure trips and to exotic destinations. So once the lockdown eases out and it is relatively safer, the first thing that I would like to do is travel again and get newer experiences. I have visited more than 50 countries and covered both the poles. I would now like to visit the unexplored places in India, the ones that are not on everyone’s bucket list. As a person who loves nature and enjoys the culture, I am also a wildlife lover and hence I would like to travel to different wildlife sanctuaries. The next holiday destination(s) on my bucket list would be Mansarovar, Leh-Ladakh, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh with my close knit circle.

Treat yourself

Since the lockdown last year, I have not visited the salon, so would love to pamper myself with a salon visit. I do not miss working out at the gym as much since I work out diligently at home and somewhere we all have adapted to that routine and have become comfortable with it. I miss going to open cafes that are amidst nature where you can forget all your worries and just have a good time, would definitely love to pamper myself by going to such a café with food that I like.

Shopping destinations
Shopping and window shopping is something that I like. I really enjoy the whole vibe of shopping at malls checking the new collection, new ways of how things are marketed. I enjoy the energy at these places. My favourite shopping destination is Dubai, I love the collection there. I make it a point to dedicate one day to shopping whenever I travel to a new place as well. I like to try and see new things.

Tech talk
As a person, I like to be up to date with the latest technology and also am a gadget freak. I have to have all the latest gadgets. Being an Apple brand loyalist, I have set up an Apple screen at home and created a work space which has now become one of my favourite and the most comfortable spots at home.

Green cover
I have been fortunate enough to be living in a house which has a big terrace. Whenever work gets too stressful, I like to do gardening at home and nurture the plants. I am a big nature lover so being close to nature really helps me boost my mood.

Binge basics
I am hooked onto the Netflix series – The Crown. The show portrays the other side of the royal family which is very intriguing for me so it is a must watch for those who still haven’t seen the series.
