Roslin OTT release date details: Where and when to watch the Malayalam mystery thriller series online

The Malayalam OTT space is slowly lining up its early 2026 releases, and one of the first titles to officially enter the conversation is Roslin: Secret Stories Unfold. The psychological mystery thriller has been in the works for a while and was earlier announced as part of JioHotstar’s upcoming slate. Now, the platform and industry reports have finally put a date to the much-talked-about series, giving viewers clarity on when and where to stream it.

When and where to watch Roslin online

As per multiple reports, Roslin: Secret Stories Unfold will begin streaming on JioHotstar from February 27, 2026. While JioHotstar has not yet released a standalone official announcement post confirming the date, the release timeline reportedly surfaced during recent promotional activities. The February 27 date has also been reported by 123 Telugu, adding weight to the timeline shared during promotions.

With this, Roslin is expected to become the first Malayalam web series release of 2026, following the Nivin Pauly-led Pharma, which premiered in December last year on the same platform.

What the story of Roslin is about

At the centre of the series is Roslin, a 17-year-old girl dealing with disturbing nightmares that refuse to leave her alone. She is haunted by visions of a green-eyed stalker, a figure that repeatedly appears in her dreams and slowly begins to blur the line between imagination and reality.

Things take a darker turn when the same man from her nightmares enters her real life, not as a threat on the streets, but as a polite and charming guest welcomed into her home. Her parents trust him without hesitation, leaving Roslin isolated with her fear and doubt. The series follows her attempt to uncover who he really is and what he wants, before the situation slips out of control.

Cast and team behind the series

Roslin: Secret Stories Unfold is directed by Sumesh Nandakumar and is based on a story written by Vinayak Sasikumar. Acclaimed filmmaker Jeethu Joseph serves as the showrunner. Sumesh has previously assisted Jeethu Joseph on projects such as Drishyam 2 and 12th Man, making this collaboration one that has already drawn attention among Malayalam content viewers.

The series stars Sanjana Dipu in the title role of Roslin. She is joined by Meena, Vineeth, and Hakkim Shah in key roles. The supporting cast includes T.G. Ravi, Anishma Anilkumar, Shankar Ramakrishnan, and Aroop Sivadas. The show is produced by Mathew George under the Central Advertising banner.
