Riteish Deshmukh sells his Pali Hill bungalow

Riteish Deshmukh had purchased a property at Pali Hill eight years ago from Amjad Khan's family with the idea of starting a commercial venture but has let go of the dream, reports Mumbai Mirror.

The actor was tired of trying to convince the residents and the BMC, and so he finally decided to sell the property, the report stated. Confirming this, Madhu Poplai, secretary of the Pali Hill Residents' Association, said to Mirror, "This iconic structure earlier belonged to the late actor Amjad Khan and then was sold to Riteish Deshmukh.

Riteish wanted to start some commercial activity in the bungalow but was not allowed to do so. So he has now sold it to a businessman." When the tabloid contacted Riteish's spokesperson, he denied saying, "Riteish purchased the property as an investment and later diluted it. He never intended to use it for a commercial venture."
