Rick Ross has built a reputation around the larger-than-life image of “The Biggest Boss”, and his real estate and car collection often match that persona. From a sprawling Georgia estate once owned by boxing legend Evander Holyfield to a $37 million waterfront mansion in Miami, the rapper has spent millions creating a luxury portfolio that goes far beyond music.

Rick Ross net worth: luxurious lifestyle, high-end cars, mansion worth millions

One of the biggest purchases in Ross’ real estate portfolio is his Star Island mansion in Miami, which he bought for $37 million in 2023. According to Architectural Digest, the waterfront property was part of the exclusive Star Island community and spans more than 12,000 square feet. It includes six bedrooms, eight-and-a-half bathrooms and a 40-foot dock.

The property later received an extensive redesign. In a 2026 feature, Architectural Digest reported that the Miami home had grown to about 15,000 square feet, with 35 tons of marble incorporated into the interiors. For Rick Ross, the property also carries personal significance. He grew up in Miami, and real estate adviser Kimberly Knausz previously described Star Island to Architectural Digest as “the ultimate goal in Miami.”

Rick Ross' The Promise Land Cost $5.8 Million

Rick Ross' most famous property may be his enormous Georgia estate, known as The Promise Land. The rapper purchased the former Evander Holyfield mansion in Fayetteville, Georgia, for $5.8 million in 2014. Architectural Digest reports that Ross later acquired another 87 acres for $1 million, expanding the property considerably.

The mansion itself is extraordinary. The approximately 45,000-square-foot home has 109 rooms, 12 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms, along with a huge swimming pool. Ross has also used the estate as more than a private residence. The property became a filming location for Coming 2 America, and its enormous grounds have frequently appeared in the rapper's social-media posts and entertainment coverage.

$4.2 Million Atlanta Mansion From Meek Mill

Rick Ross continued his real estate spending spree in 2023 when he purchased an Atlanta-area mansion from fellow rapper Meek Mill for $4.2 million in cash. According to Architectural Digest, the three-storey property includes eight bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as a tennis court, pool, sauna, media room and garages. The purchase came shortly after Ross acquired another property in Houston for approximately $3.5 million.

Rick Ross’ Luxury Car Collection: From Rolls-Royce to Maybach

Rick Ross' collection of cars is almost as eye-catching as his property portfolio. One of the notable cars associated with the rapper is the Ferrari 488 Spider, which has been estimated at around $280,000. His collection has also included a Rolls-Royce Wraith, with a reported price of about $311,000, according to Atlanta Black Star. Another particularly expensive model linked to Ross is the Maybach 57S.

Atlanta Black Star estimated its value at approximately $956,000, although prices for older luxury cars can vary substantially depending on condition, rarity and customisation. The rapper has also been associated with a Rolls-Royce Phantom, Lamborghini Urus, Bentley models, Mercedes-Benz vehicles and several classic American cars. The Phantom remains one of the most recognisable luxury cars in his collection. For comparison, a new Rolls-Royce Phantom currently starts at around $500,000 before options in the US, while prices in markets such as India can rise significantly with taxes and customisation.

A Luxury Portfolio Built Around Real Estate And Cars

Rick Ross' spending habits reflect a broader approach to wealth. Instead of limiting his luxury purchases to jewellery and cars, he has invested heavily in large properties across Georgia, Florida and Texas. His real estate portfolio includes everything from a former heavyweight boxing champion's mansion to a waterfront Miami estate on one of the city's most exclusive islands. At the same time, his collection of high-end and classic cars has become part of his public image, with luxury vehicles regularly appearing alongside his music, business ventures and social-media presence.

Rick Ross' luxury lifestyle is not built around one extravagant purchase. His portfolio stretches across multimillion-dollar mansions, rare cars and sprawling estates, with individual properties costing millions of dollars. The $37 million Star Island home stands out as his biggest publicly reported real estate purchase, while his collection of Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Maybach and other luxury vehicles adds another layer to the rapper's larger-than-life image.
