Richard Branson's leadership logic
Love him or hate him, you can't help but be inspired by at least some of the tales about Richard Branson's roller coaster life. The Virgin Group founder, 64, likes to constantly share with his fans the few things he truly believes in.

Branson dropped out of school at 16, suffers dyslexia, and has only worked for himself, but never, ever read a book to guide him through developing his leadership skills.

Branson had previously revealed this interesting titbit about himself while promoting his book The Virgin Way, a couple of years ago. Clearly he's still tickled about that fact.
