Richa Chadha & Ali Fazal add regal touch to their pre-wedding festivities in Delhi

Pre-wedding celebrations are in full swing at the Chadha and Fazal households.

Bollywood star couple Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha took to social media to treat their fans to their new regal look from their cocktail party and reception in New Delhi.


The pair have decided to celebrate the pre-wedding festivities in Delhi with their loved ones.

Sharing pictures from their Friday night celebration, the duo looked much in love. The couple has picked #RiAli as their wedding hashtag.

The bride-to-be looked elegant in a custom-made gold saree with heavy embellishments. Fashion designer Kresha Bajaj customised the couple's love story to the drape to add a special meaning to their new beginning.

The actress completed her look with custom-made jewellery by an ancestral Bikaneri jeweller family.

The groom-to-be looked dapper in a regal sherwani by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla with intricate embroidery.

Earlier, Richa-Ali also shared pictures from their sangeet and haldi ceremony in the national capital.

For the musical ceremony, Fazal Angarkha kept it classy in an angrakha, designed by Abu Jani & Sandeep Khosla. The actress opted for a custom-made lehenga choli by fashion designer Rahul Mishra.

The couple had decided to make their relationship official two and half years ago, but the pandemic played a spoiled sport. Now, they are celebrating with their family and friends from across Delhi with about 300 guests in attendance.

The couple will head to Mumbai for the wedding on Monday (October 4). The wedding will take place in the afternoon at the iconic The Great Eastern Home, a 176-year-old mill turned into a luxe event space in Byculla.

The wedding will be attended by 40-50 people, only close friends and family of the Bollywood stars, according to sources.

After the big day, a reception has been planned for the industry friends, including Hollywood personalities Judy Dench and Gerard Butler, in the evening.
