Restaurant Review: Bazinga Sports Café, not your typical sports bar
If you are looking for a place that offers more than just dinner and drinks, the Bazinga Sports Café at Smaaash, Lower Parel, is a good alternative.

Bazinga Sports Café has an updated menu to offer regular patrons more options to choose from. We stared with soup and sampled the Cream of Mushroom and the Murgh Shorba. While both were equally well-flavoured, the Murgh Shorba was slightly watery.
One of their new additions to the menu — the Jalapeno Poppers with House Salsa — had a winsome crunch to it and their salsa was tangy with a tinge of spice. Their Mexican Chicken Strips with Cajun Spice followed, which was an explosion on the palate, but could do with a little less oil.
In their Indian cuisine, the Reshmi Kebab, which is a traditional malai kebab with egg wash, was cooked perfectly and was the clear winner of the evening. The Veg Sheekh Kebab was equally impressive. The drinks were fairly well done. We recommend the Long Island Ice Tea or the tequilabased Tropical Sunrise.
