If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by long wellness routines, a doctor’s new approach is turning heads online. Instead of adding more tasks to your day, Dr Vassily Eliopoulos suggests shrinking them down and stacking them smartly. His method claims you can reset your mind, metabolism, and mood in just ten minutes by pairing science-backed micro-rituals that build momentum without draining your time or willpower.

Dr Vassily Eliopoulos took to social media and explained that wellness stacking is all about combining two or three simple habits into one short ritual. According to him, this offers more results in less time and becomes far easier to stick to. Think of it as giving your recovery, mindset, and metabolism a quick upgrade at once.

Morning ritual

For mornings, he recommends a nervous system reset. This stack includes a few minutes of 4-7-8 breathwork, either a legs-up-the-wall pose or cat-cow stretches, followed by a burst of natural or red light exposure. Together, they help wake up your brain, circulation, and circadian rhythm.

Midday ritual

Midday is for boosting metabolism and sharpening focus. His second stack encourages a short walk after lunch while listening to a podcast or audiobook, finishing with a cold rinse or contrast shower. He says this combination gives your mood, blood sugar, and inflammation an efficient midday reset.

Evening ritual

Evenings focus on better sleep. Dr Eliopoulos suggests wearing blue light blockers an hour before bed, journaling or writing a gratitude list for a few minutes, and sipping magnesium or herbal tea before lights-out. This routine helps calm cortisol and prepares your melatonin for deeper rest.

He also advises keeping things simple. The goal isn’t to cram your day with habits but to repeat one or two stacks consistently. He adds that most people don’t need more habits; they need smarter ones. Stacking the right micro-rituals, he says, can quickly improve energy, lower inflammation, and support restorative sleep.
