The case against Rengan Rajaratnam is down to a single charge of conspiracy to commit insider trading, after the court in Manhattan dismissed two charges against him this week.
The 43-year-old, whose older brother co-founded the Galleon Group, was facing as many as seven criminal charges.
It looks like at least one of the Rajaratnam siblings has luck on his side.
