LOS ANGELES: Hollywood star Reese Witherspoon is making the most of her self-isolation days. The 'Big Little Lies' producer and actor announced the launch of her new show 'Shine On At Home'. In his chat series, she plans to dole out advice to people in need during their home quarantine.

Thinking about the ways to give back at this time, the 44-year-old entrepreneur said that her 2018 Netflix show 'Shine On With Reese' triggered a new idea.

The new show will be in the same vein as her 2018 talk show where she discussed various topics with experts that inspired her. She would be talking to experts in the field of parenting, marriage counselling and personal finances.

What an eye-opening conversation! I spoke with my close friend, Dr. Robin Berman, the author of Permission To Parent. She is a psychiatrist and parenting expert and shared such good advice to parents for how to keep your kids engaged and alleviate anxiety during this time.⠀ ⠀ Robin is someone I turn to in times of uncertainty to ask all my parenting questions. Learning how to parent during this quarantine has been challenging. Managing little kid’s fear, handling teenager’s disappointment, finding positivity in slowing down, and so much more.... Here's our conversation! ⠀ ⠀ Support @wckitchen: wck.org/shineon⠀ ⠀ Learn more about Dr. Robin Berman: http://permissiontoparent.net/

For the first episode of the show, the Oscar winner talked to New York Times bestselling author Eve Rodsky, discussing how they can manage house chores better.

"I've learned so much from Eve about how to have conversations with your partner about dividing household duties, how to adjust to homeschooling (three kids at home and two working parents is NO JOKE!) and what the "Dirty Dozen" bare minimum needs of every household are," the actor wrote in another post on Instagram.
