Recipe: Warm deep-fried milk and toffee chocolates to satiate all your sweet cravings

Chef Prem K Pogakula, Executive Chef, The Imperial New Delhi shares an easy-to-make, mouth-watering chocolate recipe, for when you're sad (or happy).
Warm deep-fried milk and toffee chocolates
Ingredients:
Milk and toffee chocolates: 2
Refined flour: 30 gms
Egg (optional): 1
Bread crumbs: 50 gms
Cookies: 1 pack
Sugar: 50 gms
Oil: For frying
Method:
- Cut the chocolates into even-sized pieces.
- Mix refined flour and eggs to form a batter.
- Deep fry in hot oil till they turn crisp.
- Crush cookies on a plate and place the fried chocolate on top.
- Pour honey on top.
- You can also serve it with vanilla ice-cream.
