The perfect blend of chocolate and mint, combined with whisky and Irish cream liqueur is just what the weekend ordered.

Ballantine's After Eight

Ingredients
Ballantine's 12-year-old: 50 ml
White mint liqueur
Irish cream liqueur: 12.5 ml
Crème de cacao: 12.5 ml

Grated chocolate
Ice



Method
- Pour 50 ml of Ballantine's 12-year-old into a mixing glass.
- Add 12.5 ml crème de cacao, 12.5ml of Irish cream liqueur, one bar spoon of white mint liqueur and add ice.

- Shake and strain into a port wine or small coupette glass.
- Garnish with grated chocolate.
