Realme Narzo 30A review: A gripping device with a mega 6000mAh battery
The smartphone feels quite sturdy but might be bezel heavy to some.

HIGHLIGHT: Huge battery
The sub-Rs 15,000 smartphone category is one of the most popular as well as crowded one. Realme’s Narzo 30A is the new smartphone in this price category.
It comes with a dual pattern back. The top part is largely plain with diagonal lines that help in giving a better grip. The camera panel, Narzo branding and fingerprint sensor are all placed on the top part of the device. The device feels quite sturdy in hand but leans on the heavier side.
It offers a 6.5-inch HD+ display of 1600x720p resolution, which is pretty much the standard you get in this price range. The top of the screen sports a water-drop notch and we found the bezels to be slightly thicker than what has become the norm. The colours on the display appear to be quite bright in an indoor setup.
The Narzo 30A comes powered by MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. With this, you can choose to go for 3GB RAM or 4GB RAM options. These variants are paired with 32GB and 64GB of storage, respectively. Buyers get microSD card support of up to 256GB as well. The overall usage of the handset felt snappy and responsive.
To fuel the Narzo 30A, there is a mega 6000mAh battery, which is one of the best parts of the device. If moderately used, you can extract more than a day’s life from the handset. This is paired with an 18W fast charger — another plus.
Overall, the Narzo 30A does justice to the price it has been launched at. You get the base variant offering 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM at Rs 8,999 and the top end variant at Rs 9,999 that offers 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM.
