Reacher Season 4 release schedule
Reacher Season 4 will premiere on Prime Video on August 12, 2026. The first three episodes will be released together on the launch day, while the remaining episodes will arrive weekly every Wednesday. The season finale is scheduled to stream on September 16, 2026.The announcement was made through the show's official Instagram account, which also shared a new still featuring Alan Ritchson's Jack Reacher and Maria Sten's Frances Neagley.
The confirmation comes just weeks after Prime Video announced that Reacher has already been renewed for a fifth season.
Story based on Lee Child's Gone Tomorrow
The fourth season adapts Lee Child's 13th Jack Reacher novel, Gone Tomorrow.The story begins in New York, where Reacher witnesses a woman die by suicide on a subway train. He later discovers that the woman, Susan Mark, worked at the Pentagon and was connected to a much larger conspiracy involving murders, a corrupt politician and Al Qaeda terrorists. As Reacher joins forces with Susan's brother Jacob to uncover the truth, the investigation also leads them to Susan's missing son, Peter, while Reacher himself becomes a target.
Cast returning for the new season
Alan Ritchson returns in the lead role, with showrunner Nick Santora once again overseeing the series.The new season also features Christopher Rodriguez-Marquette, Sydelle Noel, Marc Blucas, Kevin Weisman, Agnez Mo, Anggun, Kathleen Robertson and Kevin Corrigan. Christopher Rodriguez-Marquette replaces Jay Baruchel in the cast.
Prime Video has also confirmed that the Neagley spin-off will debut on September 16, 2026, the same day Reacher Season 4 concludes. Unlike the main series, all eight episodes of the spin-off will be released at once.
The series follows Frances Neagley, played by Maria Sten, who is now working as a private investigator in Chicago. After learning that a close friend from her past has been killed under suspicious circumstances, she launches her own investigation. Drawing on the skills she developed during her time in the Army's 110th Special Investigations Unit alongside Reacher, Neagley sets out to uncover the truth.
Alan Ritchson will also appear in the spin-off as a guest star. Besides Sten, the cast includes Greyston Holt, Adeline Rudolph, Jasper Jones, Matthew Del Negro and Damon Herriman. Both Reacher and Neagley are based on the bestselling novels by Lee Child.
