When Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda shared their wedding photographs, the images did more than document a ceremony. They featured a story built on friendship, faith and a strong sense of cultural identity. While their heritage-inspired outfits drew praise, it was their customised royal gold jewellery that truly captured attention online. Now, we have more details regarding the much-talked jewellery.

Designed by SHREE Jewellers, the bespoke pieces were crafted after months of detailed planning and discussions. Speaking to News18, Managing Directors Abhishek Agarwal and Kaushik Kumar said that although they had long admired the actors for their work, being personally involved in their wedding was an unforgettable experience. They described the couple as warm and grounded individuals and said participating in their special day was something they would always treasure. Like many fans across the country, they admitted they are still taking in the grandeur of it all.




The theme of the jewellery revolved around what the couple fondly called the ‘ViRosh’ wedding. Drawing inspiration from South Indian temple architecture and cultural symbolism, the designers said, "Rashmika’s look was highly built around a living Goddess, while Vijay’s took on a sovereign King. Deep Nakshi and Rava detailing went into both the creations."

According to the jewellers, the entire process took nearly 10 months, from the initial concept sketches and creative discussions to customisation, production, fittings and final styling. Every element was thoughtfully planned to ensure the jewellery complemented the larger royal theme of the wedding.

Rashmika adorned 11 bespoke gold pieces for the ceremony. Her ensemble included a choker layered with traditional harams, statement jhumkas, a jada billa for her braid, champasaralu, haath phool, mathapatti, nose pin, bangles, bajuband, waist belt and payals.

According to the same report, each piece featured detailed Nakshi work and fine Rava granulation, techniques known for their high-relief carving and intricate texture. Finished in an antique matte polish, the jewellery carried a soft, heritage glow meant to move seamlessly with her silhouette. The intention, the designers explained, was to create heirloom pieces that would hold emotional and cultural value for generations.

Vijay’s jewellery styling added a powerful dimension to the groom’s look. With ornate detailing and structured elements, his pieces reinforced the kingly narrative envisioned by the designers. Together, their jewellery told a cohesive story of balance — feminine divinity paired with regal strength.

Rashmika and Vijay chose to keep their wedding an intimate celebration with only close friends and family in attendance. The ceremony in Udaipur was attended by a few well-known names from the film industry, including directors Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Rahul Ravindran and Tharun Bhascker, along with actors Kalyani Priyadarshan, Eesha Rebba and Ashika Ranganath. Stylist Shravya Varma was also present at the celebration.



Ahead of the wedding, the couple met visited Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi to invite him to their reception personally. The meeting took place a few days before their big day, and pictures from the visit have since gone viral on social media.
