'Ranveer vs Wild with Bear Grylls': Actor wades through Serbian jungle to find a rare flower for Deepika in this Netflix special

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is known to be adventurous and open to trying new things on the silver screen. The actor, who radiates energy and excitement, is all set to feature in Bear Grylls' 'Man vs Wild' show and have some fun in the wild.

The Netflix special releases today (July, 8, Friday). In the teasers of Ranveer vs Wild with Bear Grylls, the actor chooses thrill as he wades into the dark forest of the unknown in Serbia. In the interactive show, Singh is out to get a very rare purple flower for his lovely wife, Deepika Padukone. But for that, he must survive the hurdles, climb mountains and cross rivers, using the help of users.

In this interactive Netflix special, viewers will have the option to choose Singh's next steps, which can make or break his task. The special show will be available in four different languages - English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.



The 37-year-old actor is also seen eating a bug in one of the teaser videos shared by Netflix. "Menu mein kya hai? Aap hi batao! You decide what Ranveer Singh eats, where he goes, how he sleeps, sab kuch! Catch India’s first interactive special - Ranveer Vs Wild With Bear Grylls," the caption read.

While in another video, Singh is seen weeping dramatically as he bids goodbye to his colourful, expensive wardrobe to put on some camouflage pants and t-shirt for his wild adventure.

On the work front, the 'Dil Dhadakne Do' star will next be seen in film-maker Karan Johar's 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' and Rohit Shetty's Cirkus.
