- Step forward with your right leg around 2 feet in front of your left foot.
- Make sure your knee does not go beyond your toes as you come down.
- Using the heel of your foot, push up and go back to the starting position as you exhale.
- Repeat the movement for eight repetitions and then perform with the left leg.

Bar rollouts
- Hold a barbell loaded with weights on each side and kneel on the floor.
- Slowly roll the barbell into a straight forward, stretching your body into a straight position.
- Go down as far as you can without touching the floor with your body.
- Start pulling yourself back to the starting position as you breathe out.
Trainer tip: Make sure a trainer is present the first time you do this for correct form. Couple this with hollow rocks (weighted or free) for an intense ab-workout.
