Ranbir Kapoor’s skincare and Alia Bhatt’s advice
Ranbir, in a conversation with Brut, revealed that he has never used sunscreen or moisturiser in his life despite his family constantly objecting to his approach. ‘My wife keeps shouting at me about it. My mother also,’ he shared.Despite ditching the 2 products, Ranbir makes sure to take good care of his skin. The actor even mentioned a skincare tip offered by Alia, which he is still sceptical about. Back in 2023, Ranbir attended a book launch event with his mother, veteran actress Neetu Kapoor, where he talked about his beauty regimen.
Ranbir Kapoor on yoga
Ranbir revealed that he dips his face in ice water to avoid tanning. But Alia recommends that he incorporate yoga in his daily routine. As per the actress, performing yoga every day can really make your skin glow and look healthier. ‘Alia is really pushing me to do yoga. She said it reflects on your skin,’ said Ranbir, adding that he, however, isn’t sure whether it works or not.But it seems like Ranbir is actually following Alia’s recommendation. Celebrity fitness trainer Shivohaam disclosed that Ranbir indulged in yoga and breathing exercises to embody the calmness and personality of Lord Ram in Ramayana.

Shivohaam, in an interview with Pankaj Sharma on his YouTube channel, noted that Ranbir worked on his breathing and incorporated asanas while understanding ancient scriptures and the backstory. Experts were called in to teach him how to sit in a correct posture and carry himself like Lord Ram.In other news, Ramayana also stars Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman and Ravi Dubey as Lord Lakshman, with Rakul Preet Singh essaying Surpanakha. The film will be released in 2 parts: the first part is scheduled to premiere on Diwali 2026, while the second part is scheduled for Diwali 2027.
