Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt's new Rs 250-crore bungalow has 2 more owners. Who are they?

If all goes well, Bollywood’s resident power couple may shift to their new home! As per reports, Krishna Raj Bungalow, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt’s new home have now been constructed. Photographer Viral Bhayani shared a video from the street, showing the nearly finished multi-storey residence, with only a few final touches remaining. He speculated that the couple might move in by Diwali 2024.

The six-storey building, named after Ranbir’s late grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor, holds sentimental value for the Kapoor family. Both Ranbir and Alia, along with Neetu Kapoor, were frequently spotted visiting the site over the past few months to ensure every detail matched their vision.

The bungalow’s design showcases a sophisticated grey and off-white palette, with large windows throughout to maximize light and ventilation. Each floor includes terraces adorned with sleek white railings that add both elegance and safety to the structure. Krishna Raj bungalow has become a hot topic among fans and the media, closely followed throughout its construction. Now that it’s complete, the couple is set to move into what is sure to be a standout property in Mumbai's celebrity real estate scene.


For those unaware, the Krishna Raj bungalow is named in honor of Ranbir Kapoor's late grandmother, Krishna Raj Kapoor. Over the last several months, Ranbir, Alia Bhatt, and Neetu Kapoor have been regularly seen visiting the site to oversee its construction. According to reports, Ranbir plans to give his daughter, Raha, an extraordinary gift by registering the bungalow, estimated at Rs 250 crore, in her name. Neetu Kapoor is also said to co-own the property, as her late husband, Rishi Kapoor, had made her a half-owner of all his assets.

Professionally, both Alia and Ranbir are thriving. Ranbir is set to portray Lord Ram in Nitesh Tiwari’s ambitious 'Ramayana', while Alia, fresh off her success in 'Jigra', is preparing for her next project, 'Love and War', directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
