Actor Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Konidela have welcomed twins, a baby boy and a baby girl. The news was shared by Ram Charan’s father and veteran actor Chiranjeevi, who informed fans that both the newborns and the mother are healthy. Soon after the announcement, the actor found himself in an uncomfortable situation when he was mobbed by fans while arriving at a Hyderabad hospital with his daughter Klin Kaara.

On Sunday (February 1) morning, the actor arrived at the hospital carrying his two-year-old daughter, Klin Kaara Konidela. What should have been a simple visit soon turned chaotic as a large number of fans gathered outside the hospital premises.




A video from the scene quickly went viral on social media. The clip shows Ram Charan stepping out of his vehicle with Klin Kaara in his arms, only to be surrounded by fans eager to catch a glimpse of the actor. Despite the presence of security personnel, the crowd reportedly pushed forward, making the situation tense. In the video, Ram Charan can be seen visibly uncomfortable as he tries to shield his daughter and move through the crowd safely.

Though the actor and his daughter were eventually escorted away without any injuries, the visuals sparked widespread outrage online. Many social media users criticised the fans for crossing boundaries and failing to respect the actor’s privacy during such a sensitive family moment. Several users also raised concerns about the safety of a young child being caught in such a situation.

Chiranjeevi give health update about twins

Chiranjeevi’s earlier message announcing the twins had highlighted how grateful the family was for the love and blessings they had received. Ram Charan himself had also expressed thanks to fans and well-wishers for their continued support.

However, many felt that the recent hospital incident showed a lack of restraint, especially given the presence of a minor.


Upasana had announced her second pregnancy in October 2025, following which the family hosted a baby shower attended by close friends and relatives. Since then, fans have been eagerly waiting for updates, but the recent incident has once again sparked a conversation around celebrity safety and personal space.
