Raksha Bandhan special: Anand Mahindra thanks sisters for being his constants; Sajjan Jindal calls the sibling-bond 'eternal'

Anand Mahindra, Sajjan Jindal & Anil Agarwal celebrated Raksha Bandhan during the weekend.
It was a quiet and special Raksha Bandhan for some India Inc bosses.

Recalling the special bond that they share with their siblings, some Corporate India leaders took to Twitter to update their followers on their thoughts on Raksha Bandhan. And some, also gave us a peek into their lives as they posted pictures with their sisters.

Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra, alongside a picture of his siblings, thanked his sisters - Radhika & Anuja - for being constants in his life in such a volatile and unpredictable world.


"A huge thank you to my sisters on #Rakhi for being such dependable constants in my life…," he wrote.


Meanwhile, Anil Agarwal, Executive Chairman of Vedanta Resources Limited, called his sisters a 'blessing'. In his post, he said that his sister, Suman, has always been special to the Agarwal family, and a pillar of strength at the Vedanta Foundation.

For JSW Group Chairman and Mananging Director Sajjan Jindal, the brother-sister bond remains 'eternal'. He said that he always looks forward to Raksha Bandhan, especially when the siblings celebrate the occasion together.

On such festive days, he said that he, along with his siblings, revisits the childhood memories and the fun times.
