Speaking to ANI about his visit, Rajinikanth said, "Yes, I am going to watch my film (Jailer) with the CM (Yogi Adityanath)." The actor will meet the CM at 7 pm on Saturday.
Rajinikanth further expressed gratitude for the film's popularity and humbly added, "It's a blessing from God," before getting into his vehicle.
The veteran actor, who's currently touring different cities, also plans to explore some spiritual places in Lucknow.
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth met Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel at the Raj Bhawan in Lucknow. Details of their conversation remain undisclosed, but images from the meeting were shared online, reflecting a special moment between the two prominent figures.
Sharing his happiness about his temple visit, Rajinikanth mentioned to the media, "I felt great. I went to Chhinnamasta temple. This is the third time I came here, and I plan to come every year."
He also took out an hour for meditation at Yagoda ashram and had discussions with Jharkhand Governor C P Radhakrishnan at the Raj Bhavan.
Rajinikanth sought divine blessings at the Badrinath Dham after the release of 'Jailer'. Before the film's release, he took a spiritual trip to the Himalayas, which he had been fond of for years. Unfortunately, he couldn't visit the mountains for the past four years due to various reasons, including the Covid pandemic.
