During a conversation with Film Companion, Anirudh was asked whether their familial bond ever gets in the way of the creative process. Responding to the question, the composer explained that they have been careful to distinguish between personal affection and professional responsibilities.

Anirudh acknowledged that there is “obviously extra love” between them, but said they had tried to maintain this separation from the very beginning, regardless of a film’s scale. He added that their approach does not change depending on who is involved in a project. As Anirudh put it, “It doesn’t matter who is involved; we have to do our job right.”

The Telangana Chief Minister’s Office has confirmed that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy received an invitation to the couple’s wedding reception in Chennai, scheduled for November 21.

According to a post shared by the Telangana CMO on X, Kavya’s parents, Sun Group chairman Kalanithi Maran and Kavery Maran, met Revanth Reddy at his residence in Jubilee Hills to invite him to the family celebration. Wedding rumours surrounding Kavya and Anirudh had been circulating for months. The official post announcing the reception invitation has now provided a public update on the planned celebration and its scheduled date.
