Blue Manhattan (Whiskey)

Ingredients:

- 40ml Johnnie Walker Blue Label

- 20ml Rosso Vermouth

- Angostura Bitters

- Flamed orange zest



Method: Pour in the pairings of Johnnie Walker Blue Label and Rosso Vermouth and exemplify the flavor with two dashes of angostura bitters. Finish it off with a garnish of flamed orange zest.

Belvedere Rocks (Vodka)

Ingredients:

- Belvedere Vodka

- Lemon

- Honey



Method: Shake all ingredients and pour over cubed ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Hennessey Raspberry Mojito (Brandy)

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 parts of Hennessy

- 6 mint leaves

- 1 spoon brown sugar

- 1/2 part of raspberry juice

- 4 slices of raspberry

- 1/4 part of fresh lime juice

- 1/4 part of ginger ale



Method: Add all ingredients except ginger ale into shaker, fill with crushed ice. Shake. Pour ginger ale, stir with a spoon. Garnish with raspberry slices.

Tanqueray Rose (Gin)

Ingredients:

- 60ml Tanqueray No.10

- 25ml lemon juice

- 20ml Simple syrup

- 20mls egg white

- 5 raspberries



Method: Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well. Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.

Santa Almendra — Ron Zacapa (Rum)

Ingredients:

- 60 ml Ron Zacapa XO Rum

- 15ml Oloroso sherry infused with almond

- 5ml Port

- 2 Cubeb pepper



Method: Muddle the Cubeb pepper in a stirring glass, add the ingredients and stir the mixture on ice. Double strain the concoction into a coupette glass. For a fine finish, garnish the cocktail with lemon zest.
