Raghuram Rajan wows audience at the Eisenhower Fellowship Day

On Monday, around 100 guests gathered to celebrate the Eisenhower Fellowship Day at JSW Centre in Mumbai. And hear RBI Governor, Raghuram Rajan speak at the event, hosted by Sangita Jindal, a 2004 Fellow.

Raman Madhok, steering committee member of Eisenhower Fellows Global Network Council, said, "The Q&A that followed was par excellence. Interesting ideas were discussed." Shaurya Doval, who heads the think tank India Foundation, is the latest to join the club (May-end).

"The Fellowship helps you understand what leadership truly means and connects you with some remarkable people who wish to be positive change agents," he said. Guests from the banking and financial sectors were also invited, like Kalpana Morparia, CEO, JP Morgan India, Rashesh Shah, chairman & CEO, Edelweiss Group and Vishwavir Ahuja, MD & CEO, Ratnakar Bank. Naomi Ishii, MD, Toyota Kirloskar, a Fellow from Japan, flew down from Bengaluru especially for the event.
