This year, Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport has marked 23 years of serving guests from all over the world. Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) marked its territory in India in 1998 with the Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, the flagship property of Radisson.

During the second wave of the coronavirus, Radisson Delhi operated with transparency and open communication and was quick to react and reshape its processes. Ashwani Kumar Goela, general manager, Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, thanked the hotel’s founders and the RHG brand for their support and trust during difficult times.

“The hotel has done a V-shape recovery in terms of business from the first month, and has become profitable a n d achieved the bottom line within six months. It was the collective effort and support of the team at Radisson Delhi that helped in crossing the bridge swiftly from the pandemic to the new normal, and their commitment and loyalty helped us achieve close to 90 per cent occupancy,” Goela said.


“We consider our guests as our family and thank them for their loyalty and trust in such hard times,” Goela added. The hotel has won many awards and accolades.
