PV Sindhu's home in Bengaluru si a thing of beauty
PV Sindhu’s Bengaluru home is all about extravagance and elegance. In a new video, the two-time Olympic-winning badminton star showed off her beautiful house in Bengaluru to filmmaker-turned-YouTuber Farah Khan and her chef, Man Friday Dilip. One of the first aspects that impressed Farah was the serene ambience of the gated community. The journey to the property took her through a small village, making the tranquil surroundings a pleasant surprise. As she looked around the residence, Farah admired the peaceful setting, remarking that the location was beautiful and exceptionally quiet.

A Grand Living Room

The room features a lovely olive green accent wall adorned with black and white pictures, a vintage carved wooden credenza and an exquisite Persian runner carpet. There are mint-green sofas. The huge windows and white curtains give a sense of serenity.

A Mahabharata Inspired Chessboard

Sindhu and her husband, Venkata Datta Sai, showed off a limited-edition Maharbharata-inspired chessboard. It cost around Rs 1.7 lakh. “This is actually the Mahabharata captured on a chess board. He pointed out the Pandavas and Kauravas,” Datta shared.

A Private Pool

The sunlit dining area gave way to a green area and a swimming pool. There is also a designated seating area beside the pool.

Sindhu also introduced Farah and her chef to her own personal chef, Sampath, who wowed the Om Shanti Om director with a dish of delicious General Tso’s chicken.

PV Sindhu’s achievements include winning multiple medals at major sporting events like the Olympics, the Commonwealth Games, the Asian Games, as well as the World Championships and BWF World Tour Finals. Sindhu secured a silver medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics before adding a bronze to her tally at the Tokyo Games, held in 2021 after being postponed from 2020. The badminton star also created history by winning the women’s singles title at the 2019 World Championships, having previously earned two silver and two bronze medals at the prestigious tournament.
