I currently work as [YOUR CURRENT ROLE] and want to move into [YOUR TARGET ROLE]. Here’s some info: [LIST BIG ACHIEVEMENTS], [SMALL WINS OR INITIATIVES], [TEAM OR BUSINESS IMPACT], [ANY SKILLS OR CERTIFICATIONS]. Write a short pitch under 200 words, no bullet points, no robotic language, and end with a polite ask for next steps.”
