Prithvi Ambani's birthday bash gets a 'Wonderland' twist; KJo's twins, Pandya kids among celeb guests

The festivities are back at the Ambani household.

One of the richest families in India decided to celebrate their youngest heir's belated birthday on Monday. Prithvi Ambani turned two last month on December 10.

Reliance Jio Chairman Akash Ambani and his wife Shloka Mehta's son Prithvi rang in his second birthday with family and new friends. The birthday bash was held at the Jio World Garden in Mumbai.


For the birthday bash, Shloka opted for a striped frock and a black jacket with floral prints, and Akash kept it simple in a teal green shirt with denim. The birthday boy wore a red-black checkered shirt and black trousers. The trio posed for the shutterbugs outside the venue.

Proud grandfather and Reliance Industries Limited Chairman Mukesh Ambani, dressed in blue athleisure outfit, also attended his grandson's birthday party.


The holiday-themed birthday party was titled 'Wonderland' at the entrance. The winter-themed bash featured a lot of motifs and decorations from the Holiday season at the venue, including balloons, candy canes, neon lights and a massive Christmas tree.

The star-studded event saw a a number of celebrity guests.

Director-producer Karan Johar made a grand entry with his twins - Roohi and Yash. The 'Student of the Year' director looked dappper in a black tracksuit and large glasses. While his son kept it casual like his dad in a blue-red-white tracksuit, while KJo's daughter looked pretty in a white frock paired with a denim jacket.

Cricketer Krunal Pandya, along with his wife Pankhuri and son Kavir, also attended the bash. They were joined by cricketer Hardik Pandya's wife Natasa Stankovic and son Agastya.

Team India captain Rohit Sharma's wife Ritika Sajdeh and daughter Samaira also marked their attendance at the party. Clad in a violet top and black skirt, Sajdeh kept it trendy as she held the hand of her little one, who was dressed in a blue-coloured skirt with floral prints. The Indian skipper decided to give the bash a miss.

Last week, the Ambanis threw a lavish party on the occasion of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's engagement ceremony on Friday after their traditional Roka ceremony on Thursday at the Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara, Rajasthan.

Later, Ambani Sr threw the couple a lavish engagement party at his Mumbai residence 'Antilia' where many B-town celebrities like Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ayan Mukerji, Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge were present.
