Das, who’s held senior leadership positions at global behemoths such as Microsoft and Oracle Financial Services, is expected to bring her disruptive and innovative leadership skills to Cressanda. In a career spanning 36 years, Das has acquired rich experience at multiple large organisations.

Apart from Microsoft and Oracle, she’s also held CEO/board-level positions at Birlasoft, Castek (a Canadian insurance technology firm) and DiGiSPICE, and key roles at iflex, ICICI Lombard and Sutherland. While she has held global positions, she has also lived and worked in the US and UK.

At Cressanda, Das is expected to provide transformative leadership through acquisitions in India and abroad, converging them into an integrated value proposition for customers, forging valuable OEM partnerships for next-generation technology, bringing in top leadership, creating a high-energy talent team, a process-driven approach and a global customer base leveraging leadership networks.
