With this sentiment in mind, we have decided to work together through SeVVA aiming to reach out to as many people as possible. SeVVA’s work won’t be confined to a particular issue as it will continue to strive for social good by championing humanity which is the need of the hour today,” Kohli and Sharma said.

The actress took to her Instagram handle to explain the meaning behind SeVVa: "So, with our heads bowed in gratitude we are offering SeVVA - our joint non-profit which stands for Se (of Self), V (of Virat), V (of Vamika) A (of Anushka). As Seva is always from self of self," she wrote.
The 34-year-0ld actress will continue to be involved with animal welfare as she has over the years. Through SeVVA, Sharma and Kohli will be on the lookout to aid areas of concern that benefits society at large. Meanwhile, the 34-year-old cricketer will continue to provide scholarships in sports and also sponsor athletes.

"We will contribute in whatever way we can. We will do it as one. As a family. For the family that we belong to. The world that we live in. The society that has provided for us and loved us. The universe with which we are all connected," the actress further added.
