Post-Royals win, KKR boss SRK tweets like Robert Frost for skipper Karthik

KKR's victory over Rajasthan Royals has brought them just one win away from qualifying for Indian Premier League's playoffs.

Kolkata Knight Riders' Tuesday win over Rajasthan Royals was a breather for team-owner Shah Rukh Khan. The team had earlier lost two consecutive matches to Mumbai Indians leading Khan to apologise to fans for the "lack of spirit".

But his team's victory in the Eden Gardens match, that has now brought them just one win away from qualifying for Indian Premier League's playoffs, left the actor ecstatic.

He took to Twitter to share his happiness after the match, posting a picture of team captain Dinesh Karthik smiling:

Earlier, Khan had also shared his own picture, dedicating the post to DK, who he said had asked him to smile:

KKR chased down the target of 143 with two overs to spare and six wickets in hand at Eden Gardens stadium in Kolkata. They will play the next match against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
